Jocelyne Firmin, born in Jacmel, Haiti, pursued studies in Business Administration & Marketing in Iowa on a full scholarship. Her return to Haiti led to founding a non-profit empowering young women. In 2020, facing her daughter's eczema, she created a skincare line tailored to eczema-prone skin. Today, Jocelyne leads the FIRST Black-owned company recognized by the National Eczema Association. She's a beacon of hope, showing that passion and hard work can change the world.
