Federal Labor has this week stepped up criticism of Israel's actions in Gaza, labelling the blockade on humanitarian aid outrageous and dismissing Israel's quote "excuses and explanations" as "not credible".
But Australia hasn't gone as far as countries like the UK, France and Canada which have threatened to impose sanctions.
