I share why I think changing your goal from weight loss to stopping buffering can be much more compelling and effective in helping you to stop eating to solve your emotions. Weight loss will be a lovely by-product of that but the action is driven by your desire to become the strongest, most capable and resilient version of yourself which will open up your life to greater possibilities.
