In this episode hosted by Bessy Adut, we had the pleasure of having Transcendental Meditation teacher Emily Fitz Randolph. Emily is the co-director of the Los Angeles TM Program: Santa Monica/West LA & Los Feliz Regional Director, West Coast & Mountain States. Transcendental Meditation is also partnered with the David Lynch Institute and the late David Lynch was a champion of Transcendental Meditation. Emily talks about Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, the creator of Transcendental Meditation and how celebrities such as the Beatles got involved with it.
