David Horsburgh started life as a police officer in New Zealand specialising in intelligence gathering before moving into the private security sector. He has presented some very high-profile reports on some of the major crime and security issues in New Zealand. David is a former winner of the Lifetime Achievement Award at the New Zealand OSPAs.
