The NHL Draft lottery continues its annual tradition of denying the Vancouver Canucks so Matt and Blake are back into the routine of analyzing what to do with the pick they have, 15th overall in this case. The guys go over the "keep" and "trade" scenarios, and wonder if the much needed 2nd line centre will just require the departure of the pick. The guys also update the coaching search rumblings, and take a peek at Abby Canucks practice as they get set for game 3 at home tomorrow. Then it's RinkWide's Jeff Paterson with his review of the coaching candidates, including the possibility of bringing back Adam Foote who has a very limited resume. JPat wonders about the budgetary constraints and the need for familiarity from this management group, plus he gets into the draft lottery and the debate of stocking the cupboard vs getting a centre. Elite Prospects' Cam Robinson drops by as well, giving a final scouting report on the U18 Worlds and if anybody there would be a good fit for the Canucks at #15. Cam also has news on the Tom Willander negotiations with the Canucks, which may change what they dangle in front of a team for that 2nd line centre. Cam also gets into his latest thoughts on the next coach. All that, plus the Golf Report, the Whitecaps getting midweek honours, and the C's getting another top prospect?
