Tonight, on a Monday night edition of Trackside with Curt Cavin and Kevin Lee, they talk about Kyle Kirkwood’s winning weekend and the overall race weekend from Long Beach. They also talk about NASCAR’s Ben Kennedy being in attendance at the race. They also talk about what the rest of the season could look like for Kirkwood and Alex Palou. They later talk about the tire strategy played out during the race. Then they talk about the standout weekends from Sting Ray Robb, Kyffin Simpson, and Christian Lundgaard.

Later in the first hour of the show, they talk about Felix Rosenqvist being super consistent. They also talk about Team Penske not having stellar qualifying results but making up for it in the race itself. They later talk about the crash between Colton Herta and Jacob Abel in morning warmup.

They even talk about the disappointing TV ratings for Long Beach as they competed against NASCAR at Bristol and the Masters, preview the rookies for the Indy 500, and what some TV/race schedules will look like for 2026.

Later in the second hour of the program, they talk about the major improvements on the FOX side with graphics and see Will Buxton and Jack Harvey getting more comfortable in their respective roles.

Then to wrap up another addition of the show, Kevin talks about Robert Wicken’s IMSA race from Long Beach and what’s next for him. Kevin also talks about his experience in an earthquake and more details on the upcoming Burger Bash!
