We all have tough battles to fight within ourselves and in our lives living with autoimmunity, but you're strong. You're resilient. You can do it.

Be thankful that autoimmune diseases don't necessarily mean you never get a day off from pain or that you won't ever be able to fulfill your deepest desires. There's always a silver lining, right? Try to be grateful for what you do have, even if there is something you don't like about your circumstances.

Here are six ways gratitude can help in living with autoimmunity:

  2. Helps with stress and mental health
  3. Lowers inflammation experienced
  4. Elevates your mood and emotions
  5. Reduction in stress and depression
  6. Helps with your relationships

You are in this alone as you navigate living with autoimmunity. Be intentional in giving yourself space and grace to find a gratitude routine that works for you. As you implement it, you will notice a change in your thoughts and perspective.
