We dive into the importance of getting back to the fundamentals of humanity of loving one another and meeting each other where we are.
When we come from a place of love and understanding, we are able to dispel confusion, assumptions, and hurts because we are being actively present in all that we do.
Kristen shares a couple of tips in getting back to the fundamentals:
- Just start focusing on the inner work to dispel any misconceptions or biases you may have.
- Be open to unlearning in order to relearn new views and perspectives
- Always be learning
As we are intentional in being open to interact and learn from one another, the greater impact and transformation can be seen.
