Mike McCarty & Melinda Ronn are the hosts. Melinda has spent decades in communication, having started in the George W. Mike left Nashville and started providing training and consulting for organizations such as U.S. Department of Justice- Violence Against Women Office, U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Homeland Security and the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. Today, Mike is the CEO of Safe Hiring Solutions which is a violence prevention, background screening, visitor management and threat assessment organization with more than 7,000 clients that include schools, churches, volunteer organizations and corporations.
