Let’s talk about one of the most toxic sayings circling the internet: “We all have the same 24 hours in a day” - now let’s erase that mindset.

In this solo episode of She Has The Audacity, I get real about one of the most toxic mindset myths floating around the self-help and productivity world. Drawing from my own experience as a mom of four, business owner, podcast host, and life coach, I unpack why this belief is not only unhelpful—it’s harmful.

We all have different responsibilities, capacities, and access to support. And pretending we’re all playing with the same deck only leads to burnout, guilt, and shame. Instead, I invite us to look at how we can take ownership of the time we do have—no matter how little—and use it with intention.

Tune in to learn:

✨ Why the “same 24 hours” myth is complete nonsense—and what to focus on instead. ✨ The difference between total time and free time, and why that matters for your goals. ✨ What radical responsibility really means (and how to take it without guilt). ✨ How to shift from shame to strategy when it comes to your priorities. ✨ A simple tool to help you audit your time and reclaim your energy.

This episode is your permission slip to stop making yourself wrong for not doing more, and start celebrating what you are already doing.
