Artificial intelligence (AI) is a transformational technology, but it has limitations in challenging operational settings. Researchers in the AI Division of the Carnegie Mellon University Software Engineering Institute (SEI) work to deliver reliable and secure AI capabilities to warfighters in mission-critical environments.
