On this episode of the Keiser Human Performance Podcast we sit down with Coach Paulie Steinman. Paulie is the Owner and Head Coach of South Brooklyn Weightlifting Club. In 2010, he started SBWC in a warehouse as a side gig to his printing and embroidery business. Since then, has grown both in size and reputation as the premier barbell sports, strength, and performance training facility in New York City.

On today’s episode, Paulie provides insight on his background and his experiences as a small business owner in the private sector of human performance. He shares with us how he integrates Keiser’s pneumatics to get the best out of his wide-ranging clientele and the impact that adding Keiser has made on the growth of his business. He's discusses how he and his staff educates on and implements Keiser - from post-competition programming to return-to-performance protocols. You can follow Paulie on Instagram @pauliesteinman and his gym @Southbrookylnwc. If you are ever in the Brooklyn area, Paulie and his staff invite you to stop by SBWC. They offer single day rates for out of towners. Details on how to contact SBWC are on his site (link below).
