Michael was working long hours and he was spending 40-60 hours plus weekends to make enough income, and he realized this was not a path to success, trading time for money for the rest of his life and hope the government would chip in when he retired. What did they do? Invest in real estate, and they STILL have their first property they bough.

Michael Richter along with his better half Jenn Richter have created Double E Properties Inc. They have grown a 17-door portfolio as a married couple while still raising two young girls. They started their investment journey by buying only new build homes in Milton and Guelph; however, after recognizing the change in the market, they focused their attention on creating legal secondary suites and are currently developing their first 4 plex.

Michael and Jenn love the BRRR philosophy as it creates passive income for their investors through forced appreciation. Real estate investing has bought them freedom of time to enjoy the important things in life as well as peace of mind. Michael and Jenn love sharing their passion for real estate by speaking at real estate networking events and being guests on Podcasts.
