First, the plaintiff hired the defendant to install a glass splash guard in her shower. She says the defendant did a bad job and the guard was not installed properly, so she’s suing for a repair cost. The defendant argues he installed the splash guard properly.

Then, the plaintiff says bought what was supposed to be a pre-programmed Firestick from the defendant, but it doesn’t work. He says he’s been after the defendant for months with no luck, so he’s suing for his money back. The defendant says the plaintiff doesn’t understand how to use it and claims it was just fine when it was mailed out.

Plus, the plaintiff says he rented a beautiful three-bedroom house to the defendant and his wife, but they trashed the place. He’s suing for back rent and security. The defendant says he lost his job in the pandemic and the plaintiff didn’t honor the COVID-19 eviction moratorium and kicked him out. He’s countersuing for harassment and defamation.
