First, the plaintiff, a massage therapist, shared a rental space with the defendant, but she abruptly moved out, so the plaintiff is suing for loss of business. The defendant says the plaintiff is the one who up and left without notice.

Then, the plaintiff leased a vehicle from two brokers, the defendants, but she claims it was a fraud, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendants claim the plaintiff still owes them for the deposit. The defendants are countersuing for harassment and possible identity theft.

Plus, the plaintiff was planning to move into a room the defendant was renting, but she backed out of the deal, so the plaintiff is suing for money she already put down. The defendant argues the plaintiff is the one who said she could no longer afford the room.
