Manage episode 476928918 series 3410861
First, the plaintiff is suing his friend over an unpaid loan. The defendant states the plaintiff asked him to sell a large amount of marijuana, but when they couldn’t move it, he and the plaintiff smoked it with a few of their friends. He claims the plaintiff showed up a few months later asking for payment for the marijuana. However, he said he didn’t owe the plaintiff anything since they all had a good time with it, and that the plaintiff’s claim about a $3,000 loan is a lie.
Then, the plaintiff says she bought a full-size mattress from the defendant, but he delivered a queen and it doesn’t fit her bed frame. She says he told her to bring it back, but she doesn’t have a car. She’s suing for a refund. The defendant says he’s already taken back one mattress and will refund her if she returns the mattress, which he’ll donate.
Plus, the plaintiff says he sold the defendant a Cadillac car shell, and the defendant loved it. He hasn’t paid the plaintiff a dime for it, so he’s suing. The defendant claims the plaintiff had it lying around and says he told him he could have it for free. He’s countersuing for unauthorized removal of car parts.
