Carolina Pacheco-Punceles is a behavioral scientist and human capital strategist as well as a AI-era decision architect. She currently works as an economist with Principles: A Ray Dalio Company.. Having been intrigued by her frequent contributions to the conversation around neuroscience on Linked In, I reached out to her and earlier in the year we recorded a two part series entitled “are we losing our minds – tracking a reported mental decline and what we should we do about it”, linked below. She is originally from Venezuela. I asked Carolina back to the podcast to participate in our Latin American Voices series.
Our conversation describes her journey from Venezuela to study finance in Canada and how she became a convert to human wellbeing and the behavioral aspect of what we do. We trace that journey and how she came to think about human agency in a world of rapidly advancing AI, and what that means for leadership, teams and creating a legacy. We dive into the importance of storytelling, finding our agency and how we can
We end with reflecting on the movement of the gender gap and the role inclusion plays in the workplace and beyond. You can learn more about Carolina's work by following her on Linked In where she is a frequent commentator and content creator. You can find our two-part podcast here:
