We often find ourselves struggling to juggle all the balls life throws at us. We sometimes can feel like we’ve just not got enough time to get everything done in a day, yet we all have the same 24 hours.

In this episode, I share with you a strategy which I still use. I actually use it every 90 days, 30 days and every week. It really helps to refocus the mind and hopefully, it will help you too.
