Resilience recharge: power yourself up as a leader

As we navigate the challenges of 2025, including organisational changes and increasing pressures, the discussion on resilience becomes ever more relevant for current and aspiring leaders. You have to recognise when you are running low on energy and the need to recharge before reaching a critical tipping point with detrimental effects on health and wellbeing.
