Meet Rita, an occupational therapist. When she fell ill during the first wave of COVID, she developed dysautonomia, which worsened her POTS and led to long COVID. A vaccination pushed her nervous system over the edge, leading to NCD and a range of symptoms, including dizziness, anxiety, instability, twitching, sensory sensitivities, diarrhea, and sleep issues.

Hear Rita’s story as she uncovers how her work situation intensified her stress and how past trauma contributed to her condition. This talk also explores binocular vision dysfunction and its connection to NCD. Learn about the techniques that helped her most and the life changes she made during her post-traumatic growth. Today, Rita is close to a full recovery and is finally listening to her needs.
