We sit down for our monthly check-in with Lillie Read, Manager of the Cartersville Downtown Development Authority. We open with a recap of a busy first weekend in May with the start of the Farmer's Market, the return of the May Market at Rose Lawn and Sunday's Intercultural Fest.
