The dead Internet theory is a conspiracy theory that claims that since around 2016, all Internet content now consists of either bot activity or other generated content to manipulate the algorithm and influence what people consume. This idea is something many of us have experienced in some way as we've seen our engagement on social media plummet in exchange for paid marketing and promotion.

In this episode, Ali and Tiarra discuss the dead Internet theory and what it means for social media interaction, online search results and humanity. The fact remains that you need more discernment and discretion when it comes to finding the information that you want, and if you're not careful, you could stumble into information that is misleading -- sending you in a direction you never intended. Tiarra shares her experience in falling for some of the deception when it comes to looking for spiritual guidance, while both ladies share what they suggest you do to keep yourself safe in a now highly deceptive online space.
