Over Janet's 30+ year career, she has extensive expertise in market access strategy and reimbursement with health plans, self-insured employers, advocacy groups, CMS, and inpatient/outpatient provider networks. Before starting her consulting business, Janet served as Vice President, Payer and Employer Relations for Pacira BioSciences, Inc, a leading provider of non-opioid pain management and regenerative solutions. She and her team built important partnerships with health plans like Aetna, which included three joint Press Releases, self-insured employers, and advocacy/recovery partners to gain positive reimbursement policy, launch new products, establish new payment codes, and educate members/employees. Prior to joining Pacira, Janet had a 23-year career with Johnson & Johnson across the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors, leading teams focused on managed care, reimbursement, and hospital c-suite customer development. Janet has served as a frequent healthcare speaker/panelist, former member Board of Directors at a regional hospital, merger & acquisition team at J&J, and received awards from Healthcare Businesswomen's Association, J&J and Pacira BioSciences for her work in Women's Leadership and Mentoring.
