I've been investing heavily in my business this year, and so has today's guest, Matt Hall. So I wanted to sit down with him and ask the practical questions:

Where's the money actually going?

How do you decide what's worth it?

What happens when it doesn't work out?

One of Matt's revenue streams is a membership with around 250 members. But it took four years of hovering around 60-70 members before he figured out what needed to change.

We talk about his checklist for deciding who to work with (and why he always speaks to their ex-clients, not just current ones). He explains how he thinks about different seasons in business - when to focus on visibility, when to focus on profit, and why this year has been about working on the business.

And we get into why he's now going to multiple in-person events every month when the current trend seems to be doubling down on AI and automation.
