Spicy work can be light hearted and fun but we also know it can also be intensely emotional. Anytime we're engaging with another human on an emotional level we NEED our boundaries.

And yet some of us are finding it hard to set boundaries and feel terrified about telling a customer about a new boundary.

This is a messy process and that's perfectly OK!

Navigating experiences with our customers while protecting our well being is something we learn to do over time so we have to be kind to ourselves. I didn't come into this space knowing what I would be willing to do, I had to discover it along the way.
