Just some of the statements I hear from trainers who probably haven’t done any bigger projects.

In reality big is not always best, they come with more risk, and if you are doing one for the first time, you really need to work with an experienced team and potentially also a mentor.

This is the sorry tale of one of these developments that went horribly wrong.
