Josh McIntire is the President and Co-founder of McIntire Kingstone, the private equity division under McIntire Real Estate Inc. It’s a full-service real estate firm based in Arcadia, California, specializing in both commercial and residential real estate, investment management, and quantitative analysis. Under his leadership, the company has managed over $1 billion in assets with a team of 70 employees. Involved in multiple startup ventures, Josh's background also includes experience in client servicing, customer relations, scenario analysis, real estate investments, management, valuation, auditing, and system design, consulting for major clients like CalPERS and the US Armed Forces. Additionally, he serves as CEO of Truth Technologies, a SaaS property management company.
