Your Setback Is Getting You Ready for Your Comeback

Sometimes what feels like a setback is really God positioning you for a comeback. Life may have slowed you down, doors may have closed, or dreams may feel delayed—but none of that means God is done with you. In fact, He often uses the seasons of waiting, loss, and disappointment to prepare you for something greater than you could have imagined.

Joseph was thrown into a pit by his brothers, falsely accused, and imprisoned. From the outside, it looked like failure after failure. Yet every setback was moving him closer to the palace where God would use him to save a nation (Genesis 50:20). The same God who lifted Joseph out of the pit is able to lift you up again.

Your setback is not the end—it is the soil where God is planting new strength, new wisdom, and new faith. Don’t mistake delay for denial. Don’t confuse a pause with a permanent ending. God is at work behind the scenes.

"And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." (Romans 8:28)

Your comeback story is already being written. Hold on—your breakthrough is coming.
