In today's episode, I sat down with Todd Reesing. Many people know Todd as the record-setting quarterback who led the University of Kansas through one of its most memorable eras. But what drew me in first wasn't his athletic career, it was his extensive travel, the perspective he's gained from it, and how intentionally he's shaped his life after football, including his work in finance and leadership, currently leading growth strategy and client relationships at Cap Six.

As we got deeper into the conversation, I realized I had far more in common with Todd's athlete mindset than I expected. We explore how the discipline, presence, and resilience he developed on the field translates into some of the values I care about most: personal growth, purpose, and building a grounded life. We also touch on the community he's built with former athletes, the role meditation has played for him, and the way he continues to evolve in his career.

It's a thoughtful, energizing conversation, and I'm excited to share it with you.
