Brandon Poulin didn’t follow a playbook.

He joined a network marketing company at 17, scaled a business to 180 employees, built a women’s health brand that did over $200 million in revenue—and somehow, through it all, found his way back to peace, purpose, and freedom.

But it wasn’t all wins. He crashed. Rebuilt. Crashed again. He felt the pressure of performance, the intensity of leadership, and the pain of identity loss when the algorithm tanked his company’s growth mid-acquisition. And yet… he came out of it wiser. Less obsessed with money, more focused on joy, presence, and impact.

In this episode, we dig into the real stuff, like what it’s actually like to lose millions after expecting a $100M exit, what changes when you hit financial freedom early, why building a business with your wife changes everything, and how to stop squeezing the life out of life.

If you’ve ever built something and felt empty… or wondered what comes after the exit… or wanted to build wealth without losing yourself… this episode is for you.

“I didn’t really make any money until I started giving it away.” ~ Brandon Poulin
