Maundy Thursday invites us into the sacred moment when Jesus shared the Last Supper with His disciples. In this podcast episode, Adam Parker explores the deep typology of the Passover meal and how it pointed forward to Christ. Discover how each element of that ancient feast foreshadowed the true Lamb of God. This reflection bridges the Old and New Covenants, revealing the beauty of fulfilled prophecy and redemptive design. Tune in for a rich, gospel-centered journey through Scripture.

Corrections & Clarifications:

  1. In this episode, I mistakenly referred to the Egyptian god Set as “Seth.” This was due to a note-taking issue. “Seth” is the Greek transliteration of Set, and while I had debated using the Greek or English rendering, Set is the more accurate form when referring to the original Egyptian deity.
  2. I also briefly used male pronouns in reference to the goddess Nut. This was simply a slip of the tongue—I am fully aware that Nut is a female deity in Egyptian mythology.
  3. Lastly, I did not cover the plague of flies in this episode. For clarity, this plague is often associated with the Egyptian god Khepri, who was depicted with the head of a fly or scarab beetle and represented creation, rebirth, and the rising sun.
