As AI advances, marketing automation grows more sophisticated, and tech stacks become more complex, many leaders are asking: how can marketers build smarter systems that most effectively drive growth?

According to Dave Scott, a marketing leader with decades of experience across tech giants and startups, it starts with embracing technology as an integral part of the marketing function.
