Ann Myra's second Carpe Diem episide was a shout out to the talented and kind visionary Jean Milant who founded Cirrus Gallery and Limited Edition prints. He was a wonderful man who gave me a job as gallery assistant while working my way through Cal Arts way back in the late 80's to early 90's. I learned much of what I know about being an artist who is simply "surviving" to a globally reknown dealer thriving in Los Angeles. Ann also stopped by the local Adler/Smith Gallery in Santa Monica to purchase the poster for the Marissa Murrow and Summer Strauch show that just closed. And Happy Cinquo de Mayo to all!
