With Quarter Finals and Relegation Playoffs just around the corner, the action from this years Championships are reaching their business end. This week, host Diarmuid Kearney is joined again by regulars Clare Owens (Leitrim) and Joanne Doonan (Fermanagh) to reflect on a breath taking week and look ahead to this weekend.

Clare reflects on Leitrim's second Senior outing as they welcomed Waterford at the weekend. Could they manage to get over the line and secure a place in the Quarter Finals?, or could the Deise get a big win to put them into the draw for a home tie in the knockout stages?.

We also get the thoughts of Joanne ahead of the Intermediate Quarter Finals getting underway this weekend. Having come up to the Intermediate Grade off their Junior success last term, the Erne County now face Tyrone in the hopes of reaching the last four.

Also we hear from Kerry defender Emma Costello, who returned to the Kingdom setup after taking time out last year. Costello was 37 weeks pregnant when Kerry ended their 31 year wait for the Brendan Martin Cup last year, and just eight months after giving birth to her daughter Molly, she was back in the Green and Gold jersey. She reflects on that All Ireland win, coming back into the squad this year and looks ahead to their Quarter Final tie.

Diarmuid, Clare, and Joanne review all the weekend’s Senior, Intermediate, and Junior action, react to the big results, exits, teams looking to continue their journey to Croke Park. And look ahead to this weekend's Intermediate action and the Senior a week later, after the draw was made for the Senior Quarter Finals and the Relegation Series. Expect honest chat, plenty of insight, and a few laughs along the way!
