In this episode I explain why you can feel exhausted even when your labs look “normal.” I show you how I define fatigue with each client, how I track symptoms and sleep, and how I separate central fatigue (brain-driven) from peripheral fatigue (body-driven). I walk through common drivers I see in practice, including poor sleep quality, too much or too little training, low muscle mass, nutrition gaps, and insulin resistance even with a normal A1C. I also explain why chasing a single diagnosis rarely helps. My approach is stepwise and habit based. We aim to move fatigue from a 9 out of 10 down over time so you get your days back.
