Tomorrow, Nov. 12, is one of the most iconic days in Oregon history. It's the 55th anniversary of exploding whale day — when officials in Florence, Ore. decided to clear a beached whale carcass by blowing it up with dynamite. And it's the 55th birthday of Portland legend, figure skater Tonya Harding.
