Bios
Alessandra Zielinski is a certified leadership coach with more than 20 years of experience across the private and nonprofit sectors. She helps leaders become more strategic, effective, and sustainable in their work, drawing on a rich global perspective shaped by living and working in seven countries. Alessandra teaches graduate courses on intercultural communication and consulting at American University and holds an MBA from Cornell, an MA in International Relations from Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar, and a BA from the University of Notre Dame.
Kelly Dwyer is an executive coach and facilitator who brings real conversations about growth, leadership, and life to her podcast Life from Within.
