Let's explore all the ways we hold ourselves back. Sometimes it's our voice and how we express ourselves. Sometimes it's parts of ourselves that we wrap in shame and reject. Or it can be our heart's desires that we don't make time for. Maybe it's all three! Holding ourselves back can have large implications to our lives. In this episode, I explore how we restrain ourselves, when it's appropriate and healthy and when it's harmful. I'll talk through a process for re-integration, becoming whole and bringing color back into life.
