External and internal objects that recognize and honor God and His character and actions (Joshua 4:3 & Joshua 4:9) Examples of Memorials: Objects* (Rod, stone tablets, manna, rocks) *Objects are not to be worshipped. They are reminders to worship the Lord!; Observances (Communion); Special acts of worship and sacrificial gifts; Committed prayer and compassionate giving.
