When I turn 30, I started feeling my body a lot more and as numbers kept adding on to the three, it became harder to make smarter choices. But this is the time where we either do the work on our bodies or our bodies start to show our age.

I would like to be the oh my God is that your older sister in the pictures !?! with my kids when they’re older and not the is your mom OK !?! …in the picture. So I’m working on my body. This is a list of things we should be doing or not doing in our 30s for our health you’re welcome.
