Shevolved is a #metoo Hollywood memoir that explores Kristen Elizabeth's journey as a professional dancer, model, and actress throughout the 90's, and how the aftermath of her multiple traumas during that time led her to turn the bad into good.

During her career, Kristen modeled for Playboy, was featured as a dancer in the movie Showgirls, and starred in several cable TV movies. After experiencing several traumas, she then went on to help thousands of women feel better about themselves through Exotic dance classes that she created. She is currently working as an acting coach, a film intimacy professional who created the first nonprofit for Film Intimacy education, and occasional intimacy coordinator for film and television in the PNW. She has a BA in Media and Film with a minor in Theatre Arts.
