Drink Pairing:Grasshopper:
- 1 oz Green crème de menthe
- 1 oz White crème de cacao
- 1 oz of half-and-half
- A pinch of sea salt
- 1 teaspoon of Fernet Branca
Instructions:
- Add ingredients together in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously, about 15 seconds
- Add a handful of ice to the cocktail shaker and shake again until the outside of the canister looks frosty, about 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass
- Optional: Garnish with pinch of cocoa powder
