Friendship breakups hurt in a way no one really prepares you for—especially when there’s no explanation, no argument, just silence.
In this episode, I’m opening up about one of the hardest friendship losses I’ve ever experienced. She wasn’t just a friend—we were like sisters. We met in 7th grade, she lived with my family during high school, and again later with her child. And then, one day, she blocked me—no goodbye, no warning, just gone.
