As autumn days grow shorter, many of us feel our energy slipping away with the sunlight. Science explains this seasonal slump — disrupted circadian rhythms, lowered serotonin, and earlier melatonin. But Scripture reminds us of a greater truth: “The Lord is my light and my salvation—whom shall I fear?” (Psalm 27:1).

In this Wellness Reflection, I share how seasonal fatigue can become an invitation to lean into God’s sustaining presence rather than our own strength. Together we’ll explore the science of why fall drains us, the apologetic insight of why light matters beyond biology, and the encouragement that in Christ, we always walk in the light of life.
