Once that is done we deep dive into creating a 3+ act (think major storylines within the main storyline) that can each take months to finish.
Then we start to break up the acts into scenes (game session) while taking note to remember things in your campaign and acts so that you can foreshadow any twists or big reveals and keep your players following along.
It is also a great resource if you plan on publishing any of your adventures.
