Musician, composer, and Appalachian Trail hiker Tim Woody joins us to talk about trails and paths, his experiences hiking for long distances, solitude, agency, whether or not it matters if we even have any, his wonderful new project to hook up orchestral musicians with composers, and a bunch of other stuff. This was just before Tim headed back out on the trail and he was gracious enough to offer us a few of his original compositions and recordings to adorn this special engagement.
