Steph Prangley is a nutritional therapy practitioner and sober coach. After developing an eating disorder while playing college volleyball, Steph suffered multiple injuries and was always sick.
Switching disordered eating for disordered drinking, her life started getting unmanageable during the pandemic with drinking.
