We have to recognize when we’re dysregulated, when our bodies whisper before they scream.

Audrey shares why it’s so powerful to pause, to simply listen and how these small moments of awareness can become portals to deep healing. This isn’t a “one-size-fits-all” cure. But it is a reminder that your healing can begin with something beautifully simple: noticing.

We also talk about gentle ways to regulate your energy, create a calmer rhythm in your daily life, and begin shifting from constant doing into divine being.

Because sometimes, healing starts not with doing more, but with learning to be still.
