DITZ, a band that hasn't stopped for a breath since forming in 2015, is a post punk outfit from Brighton who formed in 2015 after seeing a METZ and Lightning Bolt gig at Concorde 2. Shortly after completing their first headlining tour in 2020, the band recorded and released their debut album 'The Great Regression,' in the aftermath of the pandemic. Their new album 'Never Exhale,' is out everywhere on January 24.
